• frequently asked questions •

when will my order arrive? and how long does it take?

orders usually take about 1-2 weeks to be shipped. you will recieve an email as soon as it is mailed out! please be patient. you will also be mailed out a tracking shipping number if your order is tracked. however, if your order is untracked, i will have no way of knowing when your order will arrive/where it is currently. USPS’s stated delivery time is 2-5 business days for domestic mail, and international deliveries typically take 1-4 weeks. although, both times may vary.

can I return my order after it has arrived?

as i have spent a lot of time and money on making your order, i do not accept returns.

it looks like my order is lost, can you send me a replacement?

i will not be sending replacements for untracked mail and your order will not be refunded but if your order is tracked and has been reported as lost, i will replace and ship your order for free.

can I cancel my order?

yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of your purchase for a full refund. if you want to cancel after the 24 hours, only 75% of the cost of your order will be refunded. additionally, personally customized orders are non-refundable after the 24 hour period.

custom fees

the customer is in charge of any custom fees, taxes, duties, etc. they are not included in the shipping costs.

can i modify my order? (address, shipping method, etc)

yes, email [email protected] asap with your order number and the corrected information. sadly, if your order has already been shipped, then there is nothing that i will be able to do. as such, please double check your information 

i recieved a damaged or wrong item

i am very sorry if i mess up your order, please email me at [email protected] asap with your order number so i can send you the right order or give you a refund.
